I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving! Thank you to everyone who worked yesterday so others could be off. Our members appreciate you being at the club for their pre-feast workouts.

Oh My Goodness....

Kind of a funny story... I just spent the last hour researching a $9.25 charge on a members account. It was not really a charge to account, and it was not associated to the membership so that made it extra fun. Long story short hubby wanted to know what the charge on his wife's credit card was. I couldn't get CSI to tell me exactly what was purchased and at what time. I was able to find a transaction in the correct amt matching a recent workout check in of wifey. Coni, Seth, Derek and I had to physically go through all the receipts from that day to find one with the correct amt and LOW and BEHOLD it was clearly signed by Wifey. SO Thank You Tara for always getting signatures on receipts at the cafe!!!! If the receipt hadn't been signed, I can only imagine where that conversation would have gone.
Everyone would be as awesome as Tara and get all those receipts signed. No matter how small the charge is, people do this to us from time to time and that signature is the only thing that saves us!!!

Strawberries!!! Messy :(

Please help me out with the strawberries in the cafe. The proper way to store the strawberries is in the bottom picture. Please take the berries out of the bag, store them in the plastic container then return the bag to the freezer. The bag should never be in the cafe.

Updates:
The new executive lockers in the Men's were installed today-so cool
I heard the "screaming music" yesterday so it's real and not a phenomenon
I saw the "crazy bike dude" yesterday out front of the club. Clarification on that issue: He may not leave his property on site with the intent to sell, but if he is just here working out that's fine. If we told him no, then we would have to police every car in the parking lot that is for sale.
The basketball court heating issue is being resolved ASAP by a company called Southland Filtration. If members ask, let them know it will be warmer soon.
The parking lot lights were adjusted again today to come on at 445pm and go off at 720am.
I will be off Friday.... behave :)

Hey guys!! I've been wanting to write a blog now for about two weeks. My thought was we could all share work stuff and be better connected. It would be a fun addition to the "read me book". You can even log on to the blog while on shift... I mean, how fun is that???
So I was inspired to start today so I could THANK all of you for my fabulous Birthday surprise and share this picture with you. The picture really doesn't do it justice cause it's amazing!!!!
